SUPERLUBE Synthetic Grease In preparation for California VOC compliance, effective January 1, 2015, Acetone was added to the Dri-Film formulation, and was quickly withdrawn from distribution.

However, it is possible that some product entered the marketplace and, in the majority of applications, will function as intended. Caution should be exercised when applying the spray to plastic, painted or lacquered surfaces, as Acetone may negatively affect the material or finish.
